Once you’re qualified and your paperwork/drug test are done, we move fast. Our goal is to get good owners cleared, signed, and dispatched as quickly as possible—not leave you waiting weeks while your truck sits. You’ll know exactly what’s needed on day one so there’s no back‑and‑forth or surprises.
You keep 80% of the gross revenue on every load. We take 20%—and that 20% covers the stuff that normally bleeds owners dry: safety service, 24/7 dispatch, cargo & liability insurance, free ELD, free PrePass, tablets with unlimited Wi‑Fi, free quarterly inspections, and free registration plates for your first year.
You’re not getting nickeled and dimed with “extra” fees for every basic service. It’s all baked into the 20%.
No games. No surprise deductions. The only fixed costs outside of the 20% are things we tell you up front:
Trailer rent: $150/week
Escrow: $1,500 total, taken at $100/week until it’s paid in full
Fuel cards are provided by the company, and all the benefits listed above (safety, insurance, ELD, PrePass, tablet, inspections, plates) are included, not add‑ons.
We haul dry‑van freight only, with a target of 2,500–3,500 miles per week and a typical gross around $8,000/week for strong operators.
We don’t bring on every truck that applies—we onboard owner operators we’re confident we can keep moving and making money with, long term. If we don’t think we can make you more than you’re making now, we won’t waste your time.
You’ll get a company fuel card and access to serious discounts.
That means more of your 80% actually stays in your pocket instead of disappearing into fuel.
We’re a 1099 position and require:
At least 2 years CDL‑A experience
Clean Clearinghouse and drug test
No DUI/SAP, no history of equipment abandonment
No more than 3 points on MVR, and no more than 4 OOS violations on PSP
